Karl Schmidt memorial is located at Elliot’s Beach in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It was built in the memory of Karl Schmidt, a Dutch sailor who lost his life while trying to rescue some people from drowning. The memorial is the only heritage structure on Elliot's Beach.
